Most orders are shipped in 1 -5 business days, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.
You can track your package with the tracking number that will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
Backordered items will ship by the date indicated on the item page.
Please allow time in the event of carrier delays when placing orders.
Returns
If you have a received a damage or defective item or have concerns regarding your order, please contact us directly at customerservice@traillightcandles.com. Your complete satisfaction is important to us and we will do our very best to make sure you are pleased with your purchase.
Items ineligible for return include all custom, personalized and dropship orders. All sales are final.
Live plants and succulents have a 30-day only return policy.
Refunds
Refunds can only be issued to purchaser's orginal payment method.
Issued refunds may take 2-7 business days to post to your account.
Refunds are issued for returned items and do not include cost of shipping.
If for any reason a product goes out of stock, we will notify you by email to discuss replacement or refund.
