SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping

• Most orders are shipped in 1 -5 business days, Monday through Friday.  We do not ship on holidays or weekends.
• You can track your package with the tracking number that will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
• Backordered items will ship by the date indicated on the item page.
• Please allow time in the event of carrier delays when placing orders.

Returns

• If you have a received a damage or defective item or have concerns regarding your order, please contact us directly at customerservice@traillightcandles.com. Your complete satisfaction is important to us and we will do our very best to make sure you are pleased with your purchase.
• Items ineligible for return include all custom, personalized and dropship orders.  All sales are final.
• Live plants and succulents have a 30-day only return policy.

Refunds

• Refunds can only be issued to purchaser's orginal payment method.
• Issued refunds may take 2-7 business days to post to your account.
• Refunds are issued for returned items and do not include cost of shipping.
• If for any reason a product goes out of stock, we will notify you by email to discuss replacement or refund.
